You may also register to visit the Virtual Reality Platform (Thursday November 28th, afternoon). You will rotate in small groups through hands-on demos, including a tour of the BioConcept Lab (biomimetic drones) and VR scenarios for emotion regulation and conflict response. Capacity is limited; pre-registration required. Confirmation will be emailed.

You are also welcome to present a poster or flash talk. Flash talk sessions include a 7-min talk + 1 minute of Q&A. Applications for this will close on Sunday, November 9th at 23h59. Slots are limited; submissions will be committee-selected based on title, key words, and a short summary. Decisions released by November 12th through confirmation e-mail. Final slides due on November 25th at 23h59. Plase notice that flash talks and posters may also be unrelated to the neurotechnologies theme.
